Industrial Designer Pelin Sezgin, who said that the products in the furniture sector are generally the same designs, far from originality, said that they, as Can Aluminum, put forward their own designs and increased their product range in this way. Evaluating the starting points of the products, Sezgin explained the formation processes of the designs as follows: “First of all, we determine which problem design to be made brings a solution to. The first step is to find a solution if there is a problem. The second step is to add functionality to the solution. We strive to offer our customers ease of use along with simplicity. During the formation phase of our new designs, we examined the handle models on the market in detail and realized that they were not suitable for hand ergonomics. The fact that the product always appeals to the end user shows that the product is the right design. In these products, functionality was at the forefront for us.
